Job Description:

工作内容：

• 掌握行业发展方向和热点，清晰了解KA客户的需求，制定可持续，可执行的医院管理策略，打造非临管理生态圈
• 与业务部门紧密合作，协同KA经理共同完成KA客户管理目标，推动非临客户管理优化
• 与行业专家，行业机构保持定期的合作与交流，为公司创造良好的外部环境
• 掌握公司最新政策，流程和合规要求 ，独立完成大中型医院管理活动项目的整体运作；

能力要求：

• Around 5 years working experience in MNC, preferred in Pharma or Device related industry   
• Experience with Marketing, Sales or KA Management, especially marketing experience with non-clinical  stakeholders is preferred，
• Good communication skills and cross functional cooperation
• Mature personality, prioritization skills and pay attention to details        

性格踏实稳重，耐心，细心。具备一定的优先级规划能力。

• Fast learning and good team player  

学习能力强，适应团队配合同事

• Good oral and written English     
• College graduate or above       
• Business/marketing Major preferred
