Solution Expert - Article Master Data and Information

How you will make an impact:

Our Article Master Data and Information Squad serves as single point of truth for all article master data and information, ensuring completeness, consistency and accuracy across systems, channels and business functions.  
In our MDM Foundation Platform, we strongly collaborate with data syndication for product information management, and with digital asset management. 
 
We are looking for a Solution Expert to bridge business needs and technical execution to improve delivery of scalable, high-quality solutions for article master data and information. 
 

Your Responsibilities:

• Translate business needs into functional designs and actionable tasks  
• Design, configure, and optimize solutions aligned with architecture and best practices  
• Conduct user research, testing, and analysis to enhance user experience and performance  
• Drive continuous improvement with a focus on scalability, reliability, and efficiency  
• Define, prioritize, and refine requirements for new features and enhancements  
• Ensure compliance with business processes, governance, and standards  
• Support implementation, integration, testing, and issue resolution  
• Manage stakeholders and ensure clear communication across teams and squads  
• Provide training, guidance, and consultancy to users and internal teams  
• Stay current on product developments, technology trends, and market insights  
• Contribute to product and solution roadmaps

Required key competencies and qualifications:

• Strong knowledge and experience in article master data (5+ years) with insights from product information management and data asset management processes.  
• Ability to translate complex business needs into structured, actionable solutions 
• Ability to identify root causes, evaluate alternatives, and implement effective solutions  
• Effectively manages expectations and builds strong relationships across diverse stakeholders  
• Identifies opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement  
• Uses data, user insights, and performance metrics to guide decisions
