Practical Information Location: Sofia, Bulgaria | Reports to: Talent Acquisition Lead CEE | Work Arrangement: Hybrid | Visa Requirements: Valid working visa for Bulgaria | Language Requirements: Fluent level of English, written and spoken As our new Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will lead and execute the talent acquisition strategy for Central and Eastern Europe, alig ning with the company’s recruitment goals and business needs. In this role, you will drive the end-to-end recruitment process, leverage regional insights and optimiz e sourcing strategies , while developing and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders, managing talent pipelines, and contributing to employer branding, diversity initiatives, and recruitment process improvements in the region. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute region-specific talent acquisition strategies aligned with overall business and recruitment goals Own and optimize the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure efficiency, quality, and consistency across the region Partner closely with hiring managers, HR business partners, and senior leaders to forecast hiring needs and support workforce planning Enhance the candidate experience by refining communication and touchpoints from initial contact to onboarding or rejection Optimize sourcing, screening, and interview strategies to attract and hire high-quality talent for critical and volume roles Contribute to employer branding and DEI initiatives to attract diverse talent using multiple sourcing channels Support team development by contributing to internal training and knowledge-sharing initiatives What we need to see from you Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment in an international IT environment Strong expertise in proactive sourcing and hiring across multiple locations, including senior and specialized roles Ability to build strong relationships and influence senior stakeholders with clear, confident communication Experience leading or contributing to diversity, equity, and inclusion recruitment initiatives Demonstrated capability in workforce planning and building hiring strategies with business leaders Strong understanding of ATS, recruitment tools, and data-driven decision making Professional w orking knowledge of Czech or Hungarian is a strong advantage Our company benefits 26 days of annual paid leave plus one ‑ month paid sabbatical every 3 years (based on performance) Private health insurance Flexible work: work from anywhere, but also visit our local office for collaboration Monthly allowances: food vouchers (40.90 EUR) W ork ‑ from home/transport allowance (20.45 EUR) Recognition programs, including our President’s Club Continuous learning & development opportunities Multisport card for fitness and wellness Job Function People & Culture Accommodations SoftwareOne welcomes applicants from all backgrounds and abilities to apply.
