IT Associate/CCTV Operator

Job Summary:
The IT Associate / CCTV Operator is responsible for maintaining the company’s IT systems and ensuring effective monitoring of all CCTV operations across stores and offices. This role supports daily technical concerns, ensures system security, and helps safeguard company assets through proactive surveillance and incident reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

IT Support

• Assist in setting up computers, POS systems, printers, and other devices
• Respond to basic IT concerns (internet issues, login problems, hardware checks)
• Perform routine system checks and report issues to the IT team
• Help with software installation and updates as needed

CCTV Monitoring

• Monitor live CCTV footage and review recordings when requested
• Report unusual or suspicious activities to the supervisor
• Assist in retrieving CCTV footage for incidents or investigations
• Ensure cameras are functioning and report any downtime

Maintenance Support

• Conduct basic checks on IT equipment and CCTV systems
• Help maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of IT equipment
• Coordinate minor fixes or escalate issues to senior IT staff

Documentation

• Record daily monitoring activities and incidents
• Log IT concerns and actions taken
• Assist in maintaining inventory of IT and CCTV equipment

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (fresh graduates are welcome)
• Basic knowledge of CCTV systems and computer troubleshooting is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and observation skills
• Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information
