Associate Dentist

We are delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for an Associate Dentist to join the supportive and forward-thinking team at Portman Dental & Implant Clinic in Maidenhead — a leading, fully private practice where excellence is at the heart of everything we do.

About the Practice

We pride ourselves on staying ahead of the curve—engaging patients through social media, TikTok, two annual open days, and close collaboration with local care homes. Clinical freedom, professional growth, and patient-centered care are at the heart of our approach.

The practice features:

• Modern, 14-surgery practice - our team includes 14 dentists, 6 hygienists, dental nurses, and a supportive management team
• Established patient base, catering to children, adults, and elderly patients
• Supportive and experienced clinical and practice team
• Modern working environment with quality equipment and materials

The Role

• 14 hours per week on Mondays and Fridays, covering maternity leave
• Established patient base with further growth opportunities
• Flexible working arrangements available
• Full clinical freedom with strong operational and administrative support

Who We’re Looking For

• GDC-registered, skilled General Dentist comfortable treating patients of all ages
• Passionate about delivering high-quality patient care
• Keen to contribute to the growth and development of the practice
• Team-oriented with excellent communication skills
