Job description
Role Focus (Guideline Allocation)
· 20–30%: Delivery oversight, quality control, and SLA management
· 20–30%: Team leadership, mentoring, and direct line management
· 30–40%: Direct client delivery for strategic/complex accounts
· 10–15%: Continuous improvement, sales support, and regional interface
Key Responsibilities
1. Line Management & Team Development
· Directly lead and manage the local analyst team, overseeing day-to-day performance and workload balancing.
· Own the local HR lifecycle: lead hiring decisions, conduct performance reviews, and manage development plans.
· Provide active mentoring to ensure high-performing standards and career progression for analysts.
· Foster a culture of accuracy, accountability, and continuous professional growth.
2. Regional Interface & Process Implementation
· Act as the formal interface between local analysts and the regional team to ensure seamless information flow.
· Ensure 100% implementation of standard processes, templates, and tools requested by the regional team.
· Provide structured feedback to regional stakeholders on local constraints and potential solution enhancements.
3. Delivery Excellence & SLA Management
· Set daily/weekly delivery priorities and manage the market's data submission calendar.
· Validate mapping accuracy and perform final quality checks on benchmarks and consolidations prior to release.
· Deliver hands-on analyst services for a limited number of complex clients to ensure operational relevance.
· Escalate delivery risks early and implement corrective actions across local stakeholders.
4. Local Thought Leadership & Growth
· Enhance the local Insight BM solution through innovation to maximize delivery efficiency and relevance.
· Support local sales initiatives by positioning the service and solution effectively to potential clients.
· Drive financial sustainability by identifying upsell opportunities and optimizing local resources.
Success Metrics / KPIs
· SLA Adherence: On-time delivery of reports and consolidations.
· Data Quality: Reduction in mapping errors and rework rates.
· Team Stability: High retention rates and successful analyst progression.
· Regional Alignment: Full adoption rate of regional SOPs and tools.
· Financial Contribution: Successful support of local commercial targets.
· Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
· Experience: 5–8 years in accounting, audit, or financial reporting with proven leadership experience.
· Technical: Advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint, and BI tool familiarity (e.g. PowerBI).
· Languages: Fluent English
· Travel: Availability for limited travel within neighboring countries if required
