Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The Associate HR Business Partner assists the HR Businsess Partners with supporting their assigned business units or regions by promoting, communicating, and implementing human resources strategies and initiatives, while building and maintaining influential relationships. They are a strategic partner to managers and an advocate for employees. This role supports performance management activities, helps to resolve employee relations issues, and helps employees understand and adhere to human resources policies and procedures. DUTIES Partner with people managers to drive organizational excellence with a strong emphasis on coaching for results Provide leaders with key business and organizational insights to properly drive, reward, and manage performance Collaborate with leaders across the HR team to drive key recruiting, total rewards, organizational development, and HR operations and analytics initiatives into the hands of people leaders Assists with administering HR policies and programs to best enable and support employees • Establishes and maintains positive relationships between employers and employees Acts as a consultant to management on policies and procedures Assists in the resolution of specific disciplinary or grievance cases Counsels managers and employees on issues affecting workplace dynamics Communicates with employees and corporate attorneys to ensure that the workforce is aware of company policies Perform all other related duties as assigned MINIMUM EDUCATION High School diploma MINIMUM EXPERIENCE One (1) year of related experience TRAVEL Up to 20% travel may be required EEO Statement Global Medical Response and its family of companies are an Equal Opportunity Employer, which includes supporting veterans and providing reasonable accommodations for individuals with a disability.
