About the role
 

We’re seeking an Inventory and Logistics Planner to join our Retail & Licensing team on a full-time, permanent basis. Reporting to the Head of Retail & Licensing, this role owns end‑to‑end logistics efficiency, supporting revenue growth and a seamless consumer experience.
 

In this role you will;

  • Manage end-to-end retail logistics including warehousing, transport, systems, service providers, and third parties
  • Plan and coordinate operational activity across logistics and software partners
  • Oversee onsite warehouse and replenishment operations during events
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders, including licensees and suppliers
  • Lead and support the logistics team during events



About you

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Demonstrated experience in retail or logistics operations, within sports/major events is highly regarded 
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships & work cross-functionally
  • Highly organised with strong and project management capability
  • Strong understanding of the end-to-end supply chain
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems such as Pronto or Cognos
  • Hold (or be willing to obtain) a current Police Check and Working with Children Check
  • Preparedness to be flexible in regard to working hours and arrangements relating to work associated with Tennis Australia
