Overview The Associate Manager of Loyalty Marketing will play a key role in planning, executing, and optimizing loyalty campaigns that drive member engagement and commercial results. This role is accountable for managing the loyalty campaign calendar, ensuring strong integration with commercial and brand priorities, and delivering seamless execution across owned channels. The Associate Manager will partner closely with cross‑functional teams to coordinate promotions, manage campaign workflows, and report on performance to inform future optimization. Responsibilities Campaign Planning & Calendar Management Own and maintain the loyalty marketing campaign calendar, ensuring alignment with brand, commercial, and seasonal initiatives. Track all loyalty campaigns and promotions, monitor timing, and adjust as plans evolve. Partner with brand, commercial, and channel teams to align loyalty efforts with broader marketing priorities. Campaign Execution Accountable for end-to-end execution of loyalty campaigns, owning the full lifecycle from ticket creation and briefing through review and approval management, on-time launch execution, and post-campaign analysis and readouts. Develop clear, comprehensive campaign briefs that define objectives, audience, offer, timing, and success metrics. Execute loyalty communications across owned channels, including email, push, SMS, site, and social, ensuring message consistency and accuracy. Support testing and optimization efforts, including targeting, messaging, and cadence. Cross‑Functional Coordination Coordinate loyalty promotions with key cross‑functional partners (e.g., loyalty operations, merchandising, e‑commerce, customer care, IT, and analytics). Ensure operational readiness for loyalty offers, including promotion setup, promotion testing, product and/or member eligibility, and other required support. Serve as a reliable point of contact for loyalty campaign execution questions and dependencies. Performance Tracking & Optimization Track campaign performance and key KPIs to understand effectiveness of engagement and business tactics. Develop post‑campaign reporting and insights to evaluate what worked and what didn’t. Provide clear optimization recommendations to improve future loyalty campaigns, offers, and communications. Qualifications Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 2–4 years of experience in marketing, CRM, lifecycle, or loyalty marketing, preferably in a fast‑paced or omnichannel environment. High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in an execution focused role. Hands‑on experience executing campaigns across owned channels (email, push, SMS, site, or social). Strong project management skills with experience managing calendars, timelines, and multiple workstreams simultaneously. Experience working cross‑functionally and coordinating with operational and creative teams. Analytical mindset with comfort reading performance reports and translating insights into action. Preferred Skills Experience with loyalty programs, promotions, or member‑based marketing. Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation platforms, and project management tools a plus. Benefits The annual base salary range is $65,000-$73,000 This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
