The Opportunity Your Impact The Ecommerce Sales Manager is responsible for leading the growth and strategic development of key pure players and developing digital partners within a fast‑paced FMCG environment. This role owns the end‑to‑end commercial agenda, balancing top‑line growth, profitability, and long‑term value creation. The position operates at the intersection of sales, retail media, omnichannel capabilities, and marketing, owning full customer relationship and ensuring one integrated customer strategy. The role requires strong commercial and digital skills, strategic thinking, and a hands‑on execution mindset to translate digital trends into scalable business opportunities. As a commercial leader, this position acts as a trusted counterpart to both customers and internal leadership, influencing decisions and shaping the future of digital commerce in PepsiCo Alimentos México. Responsibilities Own and execute customer development strategies delivering sustainable revenue and share growth. Lead strategic negotiations with digital customers, including commercial terms, investment frameworks, and joint business plans. Manage full P&L performance across pricing, promotions, trade investment, and contribution margin. Identify and unlock new growth opportunities through assortment expansion, innovation launches, and category development. Partner closely with Retail Media, Omnichannel, Marketing, Customer Teams, and Finance to deliver integrated commercial plans. Drive excellence in digital execution across marketplaces, ensuring strong in‑platform performance and visibility. Leverage data and insights to guide decisions on portfolio strategy, pricing architecture, and promotional effectiveness. Act as the internal voice of the customer, aligning priorities and resolving cross‑functional trade‑offs. Develop and lead teams to top‑tier performance in an environment of respect, discipline, and accountability. Bring a strong point of view on digital trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging business models. Ensure disciplined planning, forecasting, and performance tracking across assigned customers Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? Minimum of 7 years of experience in Digital Commerce, eCommerce Sales, or Marketplace Management within FMCG or top retailers. Proven experience working or managing marketplaces / retailers such as Amazon, Mercado Libre, Walmart. Strong background in team development, customer development and senior‑level commercial negotiations. Solid P&L ownership with demonstrated ability to balance growth and profitability. Hands‑on knowledge of eCommerce tools and platforms, including Amazon Vendor Central or automated purchase order management tools. Deep understanding of digital business models, category dynamics, and online shopper behavior. Proven ability to influence and negotiate cross‑functionally with Retail Media, Marketing, Offline customer teams, and Finance teams. Strategic thinker with high attention to detail and strong execution discipline. Comfortable operating with senior leadership and presenting complex business topics with clarity and confidence. Advanced level of English, with a results‑driven, proactive, and resilient mindset.
