We have a vacancy for a Procurement Assistant in our Global Clinical Supplies Team. 

A day in the life:

Responsible for supporting procurement and financial processes related to clinical supplies vendors. The role involves creating purchase requisitions, managing purchase orders, processing invoices, and resolving procurement-related issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Supports Vendor Management through accurate financial tracking, and invoice issues reporting.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage purchase requisitions and purchase orders (POs)

  • Monitor PO lifecycle and resolve discrepancies

  • Perform receipt and validation of vendor invoices

  • Support invoice reconciliation

  • Identify operational inefficiencies and suggest improvements

  • Ensure compliance with procurement and financial procedures

Qualifications and experience

  • Advance English and good communication skills both written and verbal

  • Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to at least 2 years) in clinical trials or supply chain

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs

  • Ability to work in a team environment as well as work independently with moderate direct supervision 

  • Ability to utilize proper channels of communications to voice concerns and suggestion

  • Ability to work in a team environment as well as work independently with moderate direct supervision ​

  • Adaptive to changes and ability to handle high-pressure situations
