LOCATION & FLEXIBILITY

This is a hybrid role. This model requires the ability to work in a hybrid mode from one of our offices in Noida/Bengaluru (2 times/ week ) Our office culture is designed to foster in-person innovation, collaboration, and connection with team members, local and visiting, from other global offices.

THE OPPORTUNITY [BOLD, H2]

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with hands-on experience in Salesforce Data 360 (formerly Data Cloud) and Agentforce to join our offshore delivery team in India. This is a high-visibility role supporting enterprise customers in their transformation toward AI-driven, data-grounded customer experiences on the Salesforce platform.

Since Data 360 and Agentforce are rapidly evolving product areas, we place strong emphasis on a developer's fundamentals in core Salesforce development, data modeling, and integration patterns, combined with demonstrated learning agility on the newest AI and Data platform capabilities. Candidates with deep core Salesforce experience who have recently upskilled into Data 360 and Agentforce through real project work, pilots, or proofs-of-concept are strongly encouraged to apply.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Must have overall 5+ Years of relevant experience in Agentforce
• Design, build, test, and deploy Agentforce agents, including custom topics, instructions, and agent actions (Flow, Apex, Prompt Template, API-backed).
• Develop and tune Prompt Templates using Prompt Builder, grounding them with Data 360 retrievers, CRM records, and knowledge sources.
• Implement custom Apex-invocable actions and Flows to extend agent capabilities into bespoke business logic and external systems.
• Configure Einstein Trust Layer settings (data masking, toxicity detection, feedback capture, audit trails) to ensure safe, compliant AI behavior.
• Build, execute, and analyze Agentforce testing (Agent Tests, utterance sets, regression suites) and iterate on agent performance based on observability metrics.
• Partner with onshore architects and business analysts to translate conversational use cases into production-grade agentic solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS

• B.Tech./M.Tech.
• B.C.A./M.C.A.
• Must have Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist Certification
