Maintain readiness for audits, inspections, and licensing reviews.
  • Participant & Family Support: Promote individual choice, independence, and person-centered planning while assisting with operational, staffing, participant, and family concerns in a positive and professional manner.
  • Operational Performance & On-Call Support: Monitor staffing trends, program performance, operational needs, and fiscal responsibilities in partnership with leadership teams while participating in on-call rotation and responding to emergencies or operational concerns as needed.

MUST HAVE:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or a related field required, including Psychology, Counseling, Sociology, Allied Health, or Human Services.

  • Program Knowledge: Understanding of person-centered supports, compliance standards, and Medicaid/CIH Waivers or HCBS services preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs and the ability to adapt to new technology platforms.
  • Licensure & Transportation: Valid driver’s license with a driving record that meets agency insurance requirements.

NICE TO HAVE:

  • Industry Expertise: Experience supporting multi-site residential or community-based programs.
  • Leadership Development: Experience with staff development, training coordination, or leadership mentoring.
  • Operational Insight: Data-driven performance management experience.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Knowledge of Indiana-specific disability service regulations, including residential and community-based program standards.
