Job description
As Consumer Insights Manager (F/M), you will play a key role in supporting our business strategy through data‑driven market and consumer analysis. Working as part of a multinational Central & Eastern European team, you will be responsible for delivering insights and analyses that inform business decisions and support strategic marketing initiatives. Responsibilities:
- Analyze and synthesize insights from multiple data sources (panel data, internal metrics, consumer research, macroeconomic data)
- Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable business recommendations
- Contribute to strategic planning and market forecasting through consumer and market insights
- Coordinate and manage external research agencies, ensuring cost efficiency, high data quality and adherence to timelines
- Manage quantitative and qualitative research studies, including brand health tracking and ad‑hoc consumer insights projects
- Ensure timely, high‑quality delivery of insights that address defined business needs
- Act as the day‑to‑day insight partner for Marketing and cross‑functional teams, providing consumer‑led input into decision‑making processes
- Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders at various organizational levels
Required Qualifications
- University degree in Market Research, Economics, Psychology, Sociology, Statistics, or a related field
- Minimum of 3-4 years’ experience in Consumer Insights, Market Research or a related analytical role within the FMCG sector (agency or in-house)
- Ability to synthesize data from multiple sources, including consumer research, panel data, internal sales metrics, and external data
- Familiarity with research agencies and panel providers, with hands‑on experience working with NielsenIQ data
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical skills with a high attention to accuracy and business impact
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling stories from data
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
- Proactive, curious mindset with a strong passion for learning and consumer understanding
Considered a Plus
- Hands‑on experience managing end‑to‑end research projects (briefing, agency management, analysis, recommendations)
- Solid knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI)
