Role Purpose
The ERP Solution Owner is end‑to‑end accountable for the design, stability, evolution, and business value of Beckers Group’s ERP platform (Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related ecosystem). It ensures stable and predictable operations, strong template and architecture integrity, business‑driven prioritization and smart, cost‑conscious evolution of the ERP landscape
The role sits at the intersection of business process ownership, IT delivery, and operational excellence, and is critical to scaling Beckers’ global ERP platform post‑rollout.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End ERP Ownership
- Own the complete lifecycle of the ERP solution across all regions and functions: Design, Implementation. Operations and Continuous improvement
- Act as the single accountable owner for ERP outcomes: stability, value, and scalability.
Architecture & Solution Design Authority
- Define and maintain design principles, standards, and guardrails.
- Ensure adherence to Global template
- Review, shape, and approve all solution designs
- Own the ERP Architecture Board, preparing solution options, impact assessments, and recommendations.
Operational Excellence & Stability
- Own the day-to-day health of the ERP platform, Incidents and problem management, SLA performance, Usage trends and recurring issues
- Coordinate application support teams and managed service providers.
Lifecycle, Risk & Compliance Management
- Own the ERP lifecycle roadmap, including Microsoft release planning, ISV upgrades and decommissioning of legacy functionality
- Ensure solutions meet security, audit, compliance, and NIS2 requirements.
- Own business continuity, recovery readiness, and operational risk documentation.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration (or equivalent experience). Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: • 8–12 years of experience in ERP and enterprise systems.
- 5+ years in senior roles such as: ERP Solution Architect, ERP Product or Solution Owner, Senior ERP or Applications Manager
- Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 in a global, multi country environment.
- Hands on experience across both solution design and operational responsibility.
- Demonstrated experience operating within formal governance structures (architecture boards, change boards, portfolio governance).
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments is a strong advantage.
Certifications (Preferred)
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 architecture or functionnal certifications
- Enterprise or solution architecture certification (e.g., TOGAF)
- ITIL Foundation or equivalent operational governance certification
- Azure, integration, or Power Platform certifications are a plus

- Strategic thinking with hands-on execution capability.
- Strong business acumen combined with technical fluency.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and negotiation ability.

- Location: Flexible within Beckers Europe (Montbrison or Berlin preferred)
- Travel: ~30 - 40% depending on projects requirements
