ERP Project Manager

We are seeking a motivated Project Manager with strong leadership skills to join our Emerging ERP Solutions team in Nordics, focusing on ERP transformations. We help clients modernize finance and operational platforms, streamline processes and unlock the benefits of cloud ERP across the Nordics. Our team brings product expertise, transformation delivery capability and strong alliance partnership with technology vendors.

Role

As a Project Manager within Emerging ERP Solutions, you will:

• Take on Project Manager roles in our client deliveries focusing on leading planning and delivery of ERP transformation for medium to large clients with Nordic presence to lead their implementation for new ERP’s including Oracle NetSuite, Infor M3 and potentially other ERP platforms.
• Develop and secure project timelines, resource needs, and project financials.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams — functional leads, developers, data migration, integration specialists, change and communications — and ensure clear ownership of activities.
• Manage stakeholder engagement across client seniority levels and vendor partners, report project status, risks and mitigations to governance forums e.g. Steering Commitees.
• Lead risk and issue management and drive timely escalation where required to keep delivery on track.

What you’ll bring

• Proven experience (5-10 years) in Project Manager, PMO, or Workstream Lead roles on ERP transformation projects — ideally NetSuite, Infor M3 or similar cloud ERP platforms.
• Strong understanding of implementation and operate activities in ERP transformations including processes and tools used for Project Management purposes.
• Familiarity with delivery approaches (waterfall, hybrid, agile) and ability to adapt methods to client needs.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to set deadlines, delegate, monitor progress and communicate status to multiple stakeholder groups.
• Strong relationship-building, influencing skills and a team-first attitude.
• Relevant qualifications and certifications (e.g. MSc or equivalent; PMP, PRINCE2, SCRUM certifications are a plus).
• Fluent English; Swedish language skills are an advantage.

Practical information

• Location: Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malmö (hybrid working model).
• Employment: Full‑time.
• Candidates should be based in Sweden or hold a valid Swedish work permit. For this role, we are not able to offer relocation.
