This is an exciting opportunity for a client‑focused Solution Consultant to join our Luxembourg office and play a key role in driving Avaloq’s growth across European and Swiss markets. Working at the intersection of sales, product, and delivery, you will engage with leading financial institutions to understand their strategic challenges, shape tailored solutions, and position Avaloq as a trusted long‑term partner.
Your key tasks:
- Drive solution consulting activities across the full sales cycle, from early discovery through solution design and handover to delivery.
- Lead solution shaping and requirements consolidation, translating complex business needs into compelling and feasible solution proposals.
- Design and deliver impactful client engagements (presentations, demos, workshops), clearly articulating Avaloq’s value proposition to senior stakeholders and decision‑makers.
- Own and coordinate RFI / RFP processes, ensuring high‑quality, consistent, and competitive responses aligned with client expectations.
- Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams (Sales, Product, Architecture, Pricing, Delivery) to ensure alignment between client needs and Avaloq capabilities.
- Ensure clear documentation and communication of solution scope, supporting transparency from pre‑sales through implementation.
- Fluency in German (C1/C2) is mandatory.
- Proven track record in Solution Consulting, Pre‑Sales or Sales Engineering, ideally within banking, wealth management, or fintech.
- Strong ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders, including C-level (incl. C‑level).
- Experience working in complex, multi‑stakeholder environments across regions
- Willingness to travel across Europe.
It would be a real bonus if you have:
- Experience working in Financial Services, FinTech or Consulting industries
- A technical background in Software Engineering or related discipline
