Casual Recruitment Consultant - Flexible Hours!

We’re looking for a Casual Recruitment Consultant to support high-volume recruitment across a range of roles, including Brand Ambassadors and Merchandisers.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, is highly organised, and is looking to build or grow a career in recruitment or HR.

About the Role:

• Support high-volume recruitment across the business
• Manage key stages of the recruitment process, including candidate screening, reference checks and coordinating offers
• Focus on retail Brand Ambassadors and Merchandisers
• Fast paced, varied and hands-on role

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, reliable and positive attitude
• Experience in recruitment or high-volume environments (not essential)
