Senior Manager, Sales Quality

The Senior Manager, Training & Competency (“T&C”) is responsible for driving high standards of sales advisory quality, representative competence, and supervisory effectiveness across the organisation’s multi‑channel distribution network. This role plays a critical function in ensuring that all sales representatives and supervisors operate in accordance with regulatory expectations, internal sales governance frameworks, and the organisation’s desired advisory standards. The role will require leading the Quality Assurance and Quality Monitoring teams within the Sales Excellence and Assurance department.
