Learning and Development Coordinator

This role will provide the successful candidate with a great opportunity to consolidate and further develop their knowledge and skills in all aspects of the learning cycle. We are currently looking for a Learning & Development Coordinator to join our People Function within the Corporate group. The role sits within the MHRA Academy team and will report to the Academy Lead. The Academy is a new and exciting initiative aiming to set standards for MHRA Regulatory training and qualification and ensure that the learning and development provided to key front-line colleagues is of the highest quality, enabling colleagues to meet our exacting standards of performance as quickly as possible. This pivotal role within the Academy will provide comprehensive learning and development based operational and business support to ensure that all projects related to the successful design, implementation, and delivery of the Academy curriculum and products are delivered on time.
