Apprentice - Pilot Plant

Job Description

To undergo structured on-the-job training in pilot plant operations and gain practical exposure to cGMP, EHS, and production processes while supporting the team in routine activities.

• Learn and follow cGMP, safety, and environmental practices under supervision.
• Assist in pilot plant shift operations as per instructions from supervisors.
• Support in filling Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and equipment cleaning records.
• Observe and practice Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) during operations.
• Maintain housekeeping standards in the plant area with guidance from the team.
• Use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as per safety guidelines.
• Assist in ensuring availability and handling of raw materials for production.
• Support documentation activities such as issue and dispensing registers.
• Learn to execute processes as per BMR without deviation.
• Understand and follow data integrity practices in documentation.
• Gain awareness of safe handling of hazardous operations.
