We are seeking an enthusiastic and organised Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a vital role in coordinating project activities, facilitating communication between multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring the successful and timely delivery of projects whilst supporting senior engineers and project managers.
- Coordinate and monitor project schedules, timelines, and milestones to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope
- Liaise effectively between senior engineers, contractors, clients, and stakeholders to facilitate clear communication and smooth project progression
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including technical reports, proposals, specifications, and project records in accordance with organisational procedures
- Organise and coordinate site visits, inspections, and field data collection activities, ensuring all information is accurately recorded and analysed
- Support the preparation of detailed technical drawings, specifications, and design documentation using AutoCAD and related design software
- Maintain accurate, organised project records, databases, and filing systems in compliance with UAE regulations and company standards
- Coordinate meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and track action items to ensure accountability and maintain project continuity
- Monitor project budgets, resource allocation, and expenditure to support effective financial management and cost control
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, industry standards, and local engineering codes throughout all project phases
- Identify potential project risks and contribute to the development of mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with team members to resolve project challenges and contribute to continuous operational excellence and process improvements
- Provide administrative support to project teams and maintain clear, transparent communication with all stakeholders
**Required Qualifications:**
- Must be an Emirati national with a valid Family Book
- Bachelor's degree in engineering discipline, Business Administration, Project Management, or equivalent qualification
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities with strong attention to detail
- Outstanding organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and prioritise workload
- Proficient communication skills in both written and spoken English
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within team environments and contribute constructively
- Strong time management and prioritisation skills
- Health and Safety awareness in construction and engineering environments
- Knowledge of UAE regulations, standards, and local compliance requirements
- Ability to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders and manage relationships professionally
