Role:
The key responsibility of the role is to provide co-ordination and administrative support to the global account, focusing on property portfolio management and client services. This includes ensuring data quality, preparing client reports, managing meeting documentation and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role involves supporting Transaction and Estate Managers with various administrative tasks, coordinating meetings and managing client reporting. Additionally, the position includes compliance and governance duties, such as KPI coordination, maintaining internal trackers and managing onboarding and offboarding process.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and coordinate some of the Transaction Management Client’s reporting.
Support Transaction Managers with Client Hub database maintenance.
Coordinate and manage regular operational and governance meetings (including meeting materials and minutes preparation).
Conduct sanity checks on reports, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and logical coherence before final distribution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and compile regular business updates for client reporting.
Support the account team within compliance and governance area, including coordination of Estate Management KPI reporting and maintenance of internal trackers (i.e. annual reporting calendar).
Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for account users (including active users distribution lists maintenance, Client laptop inventory tracking).
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar job position and the desire for further long-term cooperation and development in this field is essential.
Experience in working with senior stakeholders.
Proficiency in English and outstanding spoken and written communication skills are a must.
A responsible person, trustworthy, able to work independently without supervision, making decisions when necessary.
Ability to prioritize workload and pay attention to detail.
Well-developed planning skills and ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously efficiently and on time.
Ability to learn fast how to administrate new tools and applications.
Advanced working knowledge of MS Office (especially Outlook, Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Analytical skills are required to gather and summarize data from different applications and stakeholders to produce reports and solve various administrative and account management matters.
Strong knowledge of team admin and financial tracking
