Sales & Partnershipsチームは、映画・アニメ・アジアドラマなどのコンテンツを国内外の配信サービスや放送局など各種パートナーにライセンスし、収益を最大化する部門です。
作品ごとに最適な展開戦略(どの国・どのタイミングで、どのパートナーに届けるか)を設計し、契約交渉から収益管理まで一貫して担います。社内外の関係者と連携しながら、コンテンツの価値を市場に届け、ビジネスとして成立させる中核的な役割を担っています。
今回、Sales & Partnershipsチームにて業務をサポートしていただけるインターンを募集しています。チームの一員としてコンテンツに関わる実務を日本語・英語力の言語スキルを活かしながら経験することができます。
【業務内容】
国内・海外セールスに関連する以下業務のサポート業務等を担当していただきます。
- 日本のアニメシリーズ・邦画・ドラマシリーズの作品資料の翻訳(日本語 → 英語)
- 本編映像の英語字幕チェック
- 商品化監修業務
- セールス用資料の納品および管理
- 作品情報データの更新
- 契約関連データの入力・管理
- 資料整理
- 各種発注業務
The Sales & Partnerships team is responsible for licensing content such as films, anime, and Asian drama series to a wide range of partners, including domestic and international streaming platforms and broadcasters, with the goal of maximizing revenue.
For each title, the team designs the most effective distribution strategy—determining which territories, timing, and partners are best suited for release—and manages the entire process from contract negotiations to revenue tracking. Working closely with both internal and external stakeholders, the team plays a central role in bringing the value of content to the market and ensuring its commercial success.
We are currently seeking an intern to support the Sales & Partnerships team. As a member of the team, you will gain hands‑on experience working with content‑related business operations, while leveraging your Japanese and English language skills in a professional environment.

You will support the team with the following tasks related to domestic and international sales:
- Translating materials for Japanese anime series, films, and drama series (Japanese → English)
- Reviewing and checking English subtitles for video content
- Supporting merchandise and product approval processes
- Delivering and managing sales materials
- Updating and maintaining title and content information databases
- Entering and managing contract‑related data
- Organizing documents and materials
- Translating various procurement and purchase order–related tasks into English
【応募資格】
- 大学または大学院在学中の方
- 日本語ネイティブレベル
- 英語力(TOEIC 850点以上もしくは同等の英語力)
- 基本的なPCスキル(Excel / PowerPoint / Word)

【Qualifications】
Basic Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a university (Degree of Bachelor or Master or relevant)
- Native‑level Japanese proficiency
- Business‑level English proficiency (TOEIC score of 850 or above, or equivalent)
- Basic PC skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Able to work at the office under the working conditions outlined below
Desired characteristics
- Able to communicate effectively and work smoothly with team members and stakeholders
- Proactive and self‑motivated in approaching tasks
- Able to handle detailed tasks and data entry accurately
- Strong interest in entertainment content such as anime, films, and drama series
- Interest in international business and/or domestic streaming distribution
Working Conditions
- Location: Tokyo
- Workdays: Approximately 2–4 days per week (negotiable)
- Working hours: Approximately 4 hours per day (negotiable)
- Duration: 6 months (negotiable; with the possibility of extension)
- Compensation: In accordance with company policy
