Position Summary The Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and effective day-to-day school operations. Responsible for overseeing various administrative functions, this position collaborates with school leadership to create a conducive learning environment for students and a supportive work environment for staff. This role requires a combination of relationship building, facilities management knowledge, data management, organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders.

Direct Reports This position supervises the School Secretary, Data Manager, and Maintenance Staff.
