Position Overview

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our global operations team. This is a 6-month FTC with a chance for permanency. This remote position directly supports our clients within specialized healthcare sectors. The role involves performing critical data entry to support system conversions, including extracting patient information from legacy systems and inputting insurance details into modern practice management systems. You will also review patient records in legacy EMR systems and accurately enter medical histories—such as medications, allergies, and past surgical procedures—into electronic medical record applications. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment, adhering to the highest standards of data integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality.
