Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors and clients with a professional and friendly attitude.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls efficiently.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate meeting room bookings.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Maintain the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
  • Support internal teams by providing clerical assistance as needed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a front office assistant, receptionist, or in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
