Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors and clients with a professional and friendly attitude.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls efficiently.
- Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate meeting room bookings.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintain the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Support internal teams by providing clerical assistance as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
- Proven experience as a front office assistant, receptionist, or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment.
