We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Event Coordinator to join our team and take charge of planning, organizing, and executing a variety of events that elevate our brand and engage our audience. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute all aspects of events from inception to completion.
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and event delivery.
- Manage event budgets, negotiate contracts, and oversee expenses to stay within financial limits.
- Source and secure event venues, catering, entertainment, and other necessary services.
- Develop detailed event timelines and coordinate staff activities to ensure smooth operations.
- Oversee event setup, execution, and teardown while solving any issues that arise promptly.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or similar role in event planning.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as events require.
