Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Event Coordinator to join our team and take charge of planning, organizing, and executing a variety of events that elevate our brand and engage our audience. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. 

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute all aspects of events from inception to completion.
  • Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and event delivery.
  • Manage event budgets, negotiate contracts, and oversee expenses to stay within financial limits.
  • Source and secure event venues, catering, entertainment, and other necessary services.
  • Develop detailed event timelines and coordinate staff activities to ensure smooth operations.
  • Oversee event setup, execution, and teardown while solving any issues that arise promptly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or similar role in event planning.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as events require.
