Job description

We need a strategic and execution-focused marketing leader who knows how to turn webinars and podcasts into revenue-generating channels.

You will own the full lifecycle of our audience growth strategy—from webinar ideation and podcast production to thought leadership programming, content repurposing, nurture campaigns, and pipeline contribution.

You will partner closely with internal subject matter experts, sales leaders, and executive stakeholders to transform expertise into compelling educational experiences that attract, engage, and convert our ideal customers.

The ideal candidate has successfully built webinar programs people actually attend, launched or scaled business podcasts, knows how to coach speakers, and understands how to turn one strong conversation into a month of multi-channel content.

Responsibilities: 

Webinar & Virtual Event Leadership

  • Own end-to-end webinar strategy, production, promotion, and performance.
  • Build scalable webinar programs that drive engagement and pipeline.
  • Coach stakeholders and executives to become strong webinar speakers.

Podcast Strategy & Production

  • Lead podcast planning, guest coordination, production, and distribution.
  • Turn podcast episodes into multi-channel marketing content.
  • Grow podcast visibility and audience engagement.

Content & Audience Growth

  • Repurpose webinars and podcasts into social, email, video, and sales content.
  • Drive audience growth through LinkedIn, email campaigns, and digital channels.
  • Build nurture campaigns that convert engagement into pipeline.

Thought Leadership & Community Engagement

  • Partner with Sales, Product, and Leadership teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
  • Track campaign performance and optimize based on engagement and ROI data.
  • 5+ years in: Webinars and Podcast B2B Marketing, Growth Marketing, Demand Generation or Audience Engagement.
  • 3+ years directly owning:  webinar programs & podcast production.
  • Strong English communication skills (C1+required). 
  • Exceptional storytelling and copywriting ability.
  • Strong knowledge of: LinkedIn strategy, email marketing, social media marketing campaigns and digital content creation. 
  • Comfort with marketing automation and webinar platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, ON24, Zoom Webinar, or similar).
