About This Opportunity The Marketing Manager II is responsible for executing the strategy and execution of marketing initiatives for the InComm Incentives and IIShop divisions, with a strong focus on driving measurable lead generation and supporting revenue growth. This role will act as a key partner to the Sales and Account Management teams, developing integrated marketing programs that generate demand, accelerate pipeline, and strengthen client engagement. This individual will take ownership of the marketing funnel, from campaign planning and lead generation through CRM management and lifecycle nurturing. The ideal candidate is highly proactive, data-driven, and collaborative—constantly identifying new opportunities to expand reach, improve conversion, and elevate the brand within the B2B gift card and incentives marketplace. The Marketing Manager will work cross-functionally with sales, account management, design, operations, and leadership to build and execute marketing programs across digital, email, social, paid media, and content channels. Responsibilities Marketing Strategy Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that directly support sales pipeline growth for Incentives and IIShop. Identify new opportunities for demand generation, market expansion, and campaign optimization. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform marketing initiatives. Continuously refine marketing strategies based on performance data and feedback from sales teams. Ensure brand messaging remains consistent across all marketing channels. Help position InComm as a leader in the B2B gift card and incentives space. Develop marketing materials, sales collateral, and digital assets that strengthen brand presence and support sales initiatives. Lead initiatives to improve SEO and GEO ensuring website content, landing pages, and digital assets are optimized for both traditional search engines and AI-driven discovery platforms to increase organic visibility, attract qualified prospects Sales & Account Management Alignment Partner closely with Sales and Account Management teams to align marketing initiatives with business development goals. Facilitate monthly collaboration meetings with Sales and Account Management to review campaigns, pipeline performance, and upcoming opportunities. Develop marketing campaigns and materials that support sales outreach, client acquisition, and account growth. Support Sales & Account Management Team with marketing materials and projects Campaign Execution & Lead Generation Lead the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns including: Email marketing Social media Paid media Content marketing Web and landing page initiatives Drive and optimize lead generation programs that attract and convert new prospects. Develop compelling marketing content, messaging, and copy that resonates with B2B buyers. Maintain and manage the marketing campaign calendar. CRM & Lead Lifecycle Management Own the CRM strategy and lead lifecycle management, ensuring leads are properly captured, tracked, and nurtured. Manage the full funnel from lead generation through sales handoff, ensuring alignment with sales follow-up processes. Monitor lead quality, pipeline progression, and campaign attribution. Implement lead nurturing workflows to improve conversion rates. Performance Tracking & Optimization Track and analyze key marketing metrics including: Lead generation Conversion rates Campaign performance Provide regular reporting and insights to leadership on marketing performance. Use analytics and insights to continuously optimize campaigns and improve ROI. Project & Budget Management Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery. Collaborate with internal design and creative teams to produce high-quality marketing assets. Support marketing budget planning and ensure effective allocation across initiatives.
