Responsibilities Sabre Systems is seeking a Fleet Field Representative (FFR) ) to support the Navy and Marine Corps Small Tactical Unmanned Aircraft Systems (STUAS) program office (PMA-263) at Patuxent River Naval Air Station. This position supports the PMA-263 Unmanned Logistics Systems – Air (ULS-A) Integrated Product Team. The duty station for these positions will be Naval Air Station Patuxent River (Patuxent River, MD); however, candidates located in central locations near Tactical Resupply Unmanned Air System (TRUAS) operators will also be considered, including: Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton (CA) Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center Twentynine Palms (CA) Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune (NC) Responsibilities Serve as the primary liaison between operational units utilizing Tactical Resupply Unmanned Air Systems (TRUAS) and the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), SURVICE Engineering , to troubleshoot sustainment-related issues Train on and become proficient in TRUAS performance, operations, and maintenance Collect and analyze mission data, including cargo quantities, cargo types, and environmental conditions during mission execution Provide technical guidance to end users regarding system capabilities and operational limitations Evaluate operational use cases to ensure TRUAS employment remains within system limitations Provide advanced technical analysis and subject matter expertise in specialized applications, systems integration, documentation, training, troubleshooting, and implementation Deliver weekly TRUAS utilization summaries to the TRUAS Integrated Product Team (IPT) Generate and submit daily Situation Reports (SITREPs) during formal Service Level Exercises (SLE) Support technical exchanges, briefings, workshops, and development of tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) Conduct maintenance trend analysis to support future maintenance planning Track consumable usage and ensure adequate supply allocations for each system Monitor propeller utilization and replacement trends Verify Initial Support Package (ISP) cases contain sufficient spare parts prior to deployment Develop familiarity with range scheduling requirements to support timely and compliant operational planning Gather and compile operational feedback from field units and document findings in applicable systems Collect and archive after-action reports Disseminate fleet data and operational insights to the TRUAS IPT to support program decision-making Program Meeting Support Support Integrated Product Team (IPT) planning meetings Participate in program execution meetings Attend fleet event after-action reviews Participate in weekly ULS-A IPT meetings Participate in weekly TRUAS IPT meetings Support ULS-A Program Management Reviews (PMRs) Coordinate range scheduling and clearance activities Qualifications Required Skills Business, Management, Technical or Scientific AS or AA degree from an accredited college or university. Any years of experience used to substitute degrees must be in addition to the required minimum of twelve (12) years of related experience. Prior U.S. Marine Corps service Working knowledge of Naval Air Systems Command Systems Engineering Technical Reviews (SETR) Understanding of Systems Engineering Transformation (SET) initiatives Experience supporting Engineering Change Proposals (ECP) Familiarity with Airworthiness and Cybersafe processes Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Self-motivated and proactive work ethic Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Preferred Experience Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) operations and maintenance UAS technology familiarity Experience using collaborative tools such as Microsoft Teams Experience with Microsoft Power BI Additional Requirements Active Secret security clearance required; must be a U.S. citizen Ability to travel up to 30% (CONUS/OCONUS) #LI-CS3 Compensation Statement At Sabre Systems, LLC, compensation is based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, and contract-specific requirements; however, final compensation will be determined by individual qualifications and applicable contract terms.
