Regard
Executive Director - Ambulatory
Salary
Job description
We're seeking a strategic, driven, and innovative Executive Director of Ambulatory to lead the zero-to-one sales motion for Regard. Reporting directly to our VP of Sales and working in close partnership with our CEO and President, you will be the foundational sales hire for our outpatient division.
As the first sales leader in this space, you will help develop, iterate, and execute on the first go-to-market strategy for a new vertical. You will leverage Regard's proven success and clinical case studies to bridge the gap between our health system presence and the untapped outpatient domain.
In this role, you will be the primary revenue driver responsible for securing the partnerships and new logos that will define Regard's footprint across large institutions, MSOs, and clinics. By establishing this new vertical, you will directly advance our mission to ensure every patient receives world-class healthcare in the outpatient setting.
About Regard
Our mission is to bring world-class healthcare to everyone. Regard is an AI-powered Proactive Documentation platform that advances how care is delivered by reviewing all patient data in the EHR to recommend diagnoses and surface clinical evidence. Regard drafts a note even before the physician sees the patient, enabling an approach that gets documentation right at the point of care - we call it Proactive Documentation. This improves quality of care, reduces physician burden, and improves hospital finances. We are excited by challenges, mission-oriented work, and meaningful relationships. We work closely with some of the top health systems in the country and are leading the change that healthcare - one of the largest and most inefficient industries in the world - needs. We want you to join us.
