Job description
Overview In line with the broader APAC security strategy, implement a country wide plan to identify, assess and mitigate reasonably foreseeably security risks to PepsiCo’s People and Business Responsibilities Develop and maintain working relationships with national and local security, emergency response, law enforcement, and regulatory authorities as well as with security leads of other large multinational companies in Indonesia. Analyze and identify threats, trends and emerging risks to the Vietnam business and offer risk-based mitigation measures. Maintain strong working relationships with and provide consultation to the Indonesia leadership team on security related issues. Plan and oversee security assessments, facility security reviews and site inspections for to identify critical vulnerabilities and develop cost effective, best practice measures to close out gaps. Deliver and align a CAPEX security business plan that ensures effective security spend for the greenfield project, including manned guarding, CCTV, Visitor, Management Systems, and Intruder Detection Systems etc. Oversee and facilitate a sustainable crisis management and business continuity planning program. Develop and deliver proactive security awareness and training programs. Support with journey management planning for Associates, visitors, and OEMs. Initiate timely reactive security alerts to key stakeholders as required. Advise and assist leadership and business travelers before, during, and after security incidents or events. When required, conduct and coordinate investigations that may include counterfeit activity, extortion, product contamination, kidnapping, robbery, fraud, corruption, and threats against the business and Associates as necessary, support the Corporate Security Executive Protection program. Provide additional ad-hoc security and risk management support to the APAC Security Director as required. Qualifications Minimum 7 years of private sector security experience, preferably in industrial settings, with a proven track record in physical and technical security, risk management, incident response, and investigations Strong knowledge of Vietnamese security regulatory frameworks, protocols, and laws. Demonstrated vendor management capability and experience formulating and administering both capital and operational budgets Experience in community engagement, external stakeholder management, or government/community liaison roles, particularly within emerging markets or complex social environments Military or police background preferred, bringing operational discipline and an understanding of security protocols in a Vietnamese context Familiarity with ISO 31000 Risk Management and ISO 22301 Business Continuity standards Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and security-related tools including alert and travel monitoring software Excellent report writing skills with the ability to communicate clearly at all levels Fluent in Vietnamese and English, both written and oral Minimum Bachelor's degree; or college diploma considered as a baseline Develop and maintain working relationships with national and local security, emergency response, law enforcement, and regulatory authorities as well as with security leads of other large multinational companies in Indonesia.
