Job description

Position Summary: The Program Management Office Intern has basic working experience, preferably with Pension/Government projects or on multiple projects/teams, utilizing multiplatform technologies, blended teams of clients, third party solution vendors and testing vendors. Ability to become a strong team contributor with the ability to assist project teams to meet their goals.

Support Production Support and Infrastructure Project Management activities per:

  • Facilitate necessary internal and external meetings and prepare any necessary meeting minutes and/or status reports
  • Follow up and document tasks status
  • Create draft project schedules for Project Manager review and finalization

  • Ability to learn Requirement gathering/analysis skills

  • Ability to learn skills that leverage the motivations of others to accomplish individual and project team objectives
  • Experienced in MS Office Suite/Project/SharePoint
  • Experienced with Azure Dev Ops
  • Use of Visio or other drawing tools

Experience

  • Studying for or an undergraduate Degree in Information Technology or Business, o
  • Experience in the discipline of project/product management
  • Experience with agile projects for pension processing, financial transaction or similar enterprise solution technology systems

Candidates must be currently enrolled in a graduate degree program in an accredited college, university or law school.
