Health Educator Senior

The incumbent is an integral part of the Advance Care Planning Program reporting to the Director, Clinical Standards & Professional Practice (Urban). The primary focus is to implement and coordinate the Advance Care Planning initiative and to research, develop, and facilitate educational events including the development and dissemination of resource materials regarding Advance Care Planning. Education will be provided to members of the health care team across the continuum, contacts in surrounding health regions, and the general public. The incumbent is accountable to the Director of Clinical Standards & Professional Practice and works collaboratively with the Advance Care Planning Steering Committee.
