Job description
- Support Sika materials application strategy to meet customer requirements
- Manage project timelines from award through 90 days post-launch
- Ensure design reviews are complete and drawings are released in accordance with department procedures
- Establish DVP&R's and DFMEA's and ensure design verification of parts including customer on-site validation
- Manage engineering changes from quote approval by the customer to implementation at the manufacturing plant
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as required by the Supervisor
- Requires minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required in Engineering
- 1-3 years of application engineering or Program Management required preferably in the Automotive Industry
- Japanese speaking and experience with the culture
