YOUR ROLE

As Enterprise Lead, you introduce leading manufacturers to one of the most technically sophisticated industrial AI platforms on the market and guide them from first contact to lasting success. You combine analytical thinking with a hands-on mentality to win new customers and strategically expand existing partnerships. Industry leaders such as BMW, Audi, BSH, Stellantis, Liebherr, Still, TDK Electronics, and Henkel already rely on our platform. From day one you work with major clients, make decisions that shape the company, and define how the next generation of factories operates.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own the full sales cycle from first meeting to close and especially scaling globally within the existing customer base
• Strategically navigate and expand within large international manufacturing organizations
• Identification of process optimization potential on the shop floor and translation into concrete AI solutions
• Build and present robust business cases to stakeholders on management and c-level
• Develop rollout strategies to scale successful pilots into enterprise-wide deployments

YOUR PROFILE

• 3–7 years of experience in Automotive, Manufacturing, Enterprise Software Sales, and/or Consulting
• Strong analytical skills and excellent communication
• Solid understanding of AI, software, and production processes
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and orchestrate stakeholders
• Business-fluent in German and English
• Based in Munich or willing to relocate, ready to go all-in with us
