Job description

Essential Duties

-Implement sales strategies to achieve high performance results.

-Maintain and build client base through sales calls and other means of communication.

-Prioritize work load and use of available resources.

-Analyze competitor sales tactics and growth strategies.

-Monitor and regularly report on goal progress.

-Plan, budget, monitor and control expenditures in area of responsibility.

Requirements

-Past work in any of the following industries - Engineering, Testing, Evaluation Services, Quality Assurance or Laboratory.

-Experience in managing complex business relationships.

-Ability to gain a strong understanding of the company operations in order to exceed customer needs and expectations.

-Develop oral and written communications such as performance reviews, presentations, employee training and leadership.

-Strong interpersonal skills that foster open upward and downward communication built on mutual respect.

-Availability, flexibility and maturity to represent the company at a broad range of events in the community.

-Travel which may include overnight.

Additional Experience

-Demonstrated success in writing business and sales plans.

-Actual experience with managing complex and sensitive issues.

-Knowledge of how to determine pricing for services.

-Proficient in standard office software and computer systems.
