Job description
Job purpose: The HR Officer will have the below keys accountability:
- Update and calculated Payroll with payroll standard
- Responsible for administrate renewal contract management
- Update the Leave, check medical benefit and staff insurance
- Responsible for payment of Income taxation for national staff and international taxation process
- Provide the staff with ongoing support and assistant in assigned Program Unit for their day to day HR administration
- Ensure that all the personal files are filed and scanned
- Follow up with Program Unit to ensure that all the HR process and procedures are smoothly done
- Assist with compensation and benefits processes are recorded in align with donor and audit requirements.
- Any other tasks assigned by supervisor
Qualifications, Skills & Experience: University Degree with relevant certification and Diploma Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources preferably with an INGO Able to do multitasking in very responsive way Ability to work in a multidisciplinary and multicultural environment Able to work as a part of a team Good communication skills (both in Myanmar and English in Written and Oral) Proficient in computer skills Strong knowledge and skills on staff database system and advance excel skill will be an asset. Good interpersonal skills and ability to form effective working relationships with people at all levels Integrity and able to keep sensitive information confidential.
Job background: The HR Officer will assist and implement the day to day HR support to all the staffs of Sayar Chit Trading Co.,Ltd Myanmar and overseeing respective HR function. He/she is also responsible for timely update of HRIS system in the respective area.
