UX/UI Developer

We are seeking a talented UX/UI Developer to join our dynamic team in Navi Mumbai, India. As a UX/UI Developer, you will play a crucial role in creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our digital products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences that meet both user needs and business objectives.

• Design and develop user-centered interfaces for web and mobile applications
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and user needs
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
• Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across products
• Implement responsive designs using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Optimize user interfaces for maximum speed and scalability
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, technologies, and best practices
• Participate in design reviews and iterate on designs based on feedback
• Ensure designs meet accessibility standards and guidelines

• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design and development
• Proficiency in UI/UX design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience with responsive design and mobile-first approaches
• Familiarity with user research methodologies and usability testing
• Excellent prototyping skills to effectively communicate design concepts
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and practices
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices
• Experience working with design systems and style guides
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (preferred)
• Up-to-date knowledge of current design trends and industry best practices
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX projects and problem-solving abilities
