AI/ML ENGINEER

We are seeking a talented and innovative AI/ML Engineer to join our team in Navi Mumbai, India. As an AI/ML Engineer, you will be at the forefront of developing cutting-edge artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions that drive our company's technological advancements.

• Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize AI/ML opportunities
• Preprocess and clean large datasets, perform feature engineering, and conduct exploratory data analysis
• Develop and maintain scalable ML pipelines for model training, evaluation, and deployment
• Optimize existing ML models for improved performance and efficiency
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and implement best practices
• Contribute to the development of AI/ML strategies and roadmaps
• Mentor junior team members and share knowledge through documentation and presentations

• Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in AI/ML development
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with R or Java
• Expertise in machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn
• Experience with deep learning techniques, natural language processing, and computer vision
• Familiarity with big data technologies like Hadoop and Spark
• Proficiency in working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Strong understanding of statistical analysis and mathematical concepts
• Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model deployment
• Proven track record of implementing and deploying ML models in production environments
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with version control systems, preferably Git
• Knowledge of current AI/ML trends and best practices
• Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Machine Learning Specialty, Google Cloud Professional Machine Learning Engineer) are a plus
