Corporate Finance Executive, and / or Manager

Our client, an Investment Banking Firm based in Lagos seeks to employ Investment Professionals.

About the role

 He /She shall be responsible for company appraisals/ valuation

 Prepare Offer Documents

 Ability to sell Private/ Public Offer Instruments

 Ability to identify candidates for Capital Issues and prepare proposals on Financial on

Financial Advisory Services

 Ability to use Microsoft Office suites efficiently

 Work with the team to research and find new business opportunities

 Attend sales meetings and make presentations of the company's products to potential

customers

 Develop proposals for clients

Experience and skills

• Minimum of University Degree in either of Accounting, Finance, Economics, Law with

second class division, Masters will be added advantage.

• Professional Qualifications: CIS, CFA etc.
• Strong Communication Skills
• 2-3 years quality work experience in a Financial Institution as a Direct Sales Officer
• Ability to sell financial products and services
• Ability to use Microsoft Office Suites efficiently
• Not more than 40 years
