Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Permit & Licensing: Process, renew, and track all government permits and licenses (national and local levels).

  • TAMM Platform Management: Handle daily tasks on the TAMM portal, including vehicle title transfers and related follow-ups.

  • Facilities Management: Oversee maintenance, security, and vendor coordination at all branches, hubs, and head office.

  • Bank Loan Documentation: Prepare and manage loan paperwork for financed vehicle purchases; liaise with banks to ensure timely disbursement and documentation accuracy.

  • General Administration: Support any other admin tasks tied to Kayishha’s operations, from records management to office supplies and ad-hoc projects.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 2+ years’ experience in government relations, licensing, or a similar admin role in Saudi Arabia.

  • Familiarity with the TAMM platform and Saudi vehicle registration processes.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.

  • Proactive problem-solver with the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
