Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

HRDI is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the Division of Alcohol and Substance Abuse and Division for Mental Health. This is a part-time position responsible for providing quality nursing care to HRDI clients. The applicant must:

• Administer medication as ordered by the Program Director. • Maintain accurate accounting of all medication received and dispensed • Prepare current patient progress reports and completion notices • Maintain accurate records to ensure compliance with all Federal and State regulations.

This position requires at minimum: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license, Bachelor's degree (BA) from an approved, accredited school of nursing, current CPR certificate, and good documentation skills. One (1) or more years in behavioral health is preferred.
