Website UI/UX Designer

GCS Recruitment is seeking a Website UI/UX Designer to work with one of Malta’s leading software companies. The chosen individual will be responsible for gathering user requirements, designing graphic elements and building navigation components.

Responsibilities:

• Gathering and evaluating user requirements
• Illustrating design ideas
• Designing graphic user interface elements
• Building page navigation buttons and search fields
• Developing UI mockups and prototypes
• Preparing and presenting rough drafts
• Identifying and troubleshooting UX problems
• Conducting layout adjustments based on user feedback
• Liaising with various departments

If you are in possession of a BSc in Design, Computer Science and/or a relevant field, with previous working experience within a similar role, then this one’s for you! Sound knowledge in design software such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe CS, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign is considered a plus.

The individual must be highly analytical with strong communication and organisational skills.

Fluency in the English language is considered a must. Knowledge in any additional languages is considered a plus.
