Qualifications

•

Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice)

•

Passion for evidence-based, patient centered care

•

CPR and first aid certification required

About

Compensation : $85,000- $100,000 based on experience + inclusive of productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications and location differentials . Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
