Job description
- Implement production plan in line with Processing Standard Operating Procedures
- Handle water treatment plant (Backwash, chlorine, soda ash, etc.)
- Conduct routine cleaning-in-progress (CIP). Ensures proper and effective cleaning of production lines (Preproduction and Post production)
- Accurately weigh the ingredients used for production and ensure proper appropriate portion is used.
- Properly mix ingredients used for production in line with the manual.
- Adhere to the quality control process and standards of the company.
- Ensure safety of products and personnel.
- Prevent wastage in production
- Maintain good manufacturing practice
- Ensures continuous leaning and development and keep abreast of recent juice and beverages
- Degree in Food science and technology or related field from any reputable university. Relevant certifications and training are an added advantage.
- Minimum of 3-5 years relevant experience in independently processing juice in a semi-automatic and fully automatic Beverage production plant.
- Advanced knowledge of Juice processing and quality control.
- Must be able to independently conduct CIP, water treatment and batch mixing.
- Ability to conduct CIP, water treatment and batch mixing.
