Recruitment Coordinator
Job description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure consistent new employee on-boarding; scheduling, payroll set up, scan cards
- Ensure new employee has barcode card for sign in at the line; to be ready for first day
- Check Attendance daily cross reference payroll entries in Biopanel system
- Organizes and prepares work schedules for employees to ensure the appropriate amount of staff is available for each work shift
- Assist in approving and scheduling time off for employees and ensure vacant positions are filled to meet staffing requirements
- Create and maintain daily staffing reports, which include verifying employees' work hours, requested time off, as well as job vacancies
- Reporting responsibilities include order fulfilment, turnover, attendance, recruitment
- Conduct and/ or assist with orientation of new employees as well as training new employees on systems or programs used to report work hours
- Participate and manage full-cycle recruitment and selection of potential candidates
- Responsible for 100% compliance of each placed candidate; reference checks, criminal background checks, client-driven documentation and other selection criteria are met
- Meets established hiring targets and provides superior client service
- Responsible for full cycle payroll process
- Experience in managing a full cycle recruiting process preferably in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment
- Ability to resolve conflicts, and work under pressure
- Demonstrated multi-tasking skills and able to successfully complete work assignment
- Comfortable and efficient in a fast paced work environment
- Has a “Can Do” attitude when approached with stressful situations or last minute requests
- Willingness to go above and beyond to get the job done
- Willingness for flexibility in shift hours
