Customer Service Representative - Nightshift (CSR)

Customer Service Representatives on the night shift are just as friendly as our daytime staff.

At night, they run the Z store, greeting and helping customers, taking care of the till, and running the food and drink area. Night shift CSRs are real self-starters – natural go-getters who love keeping busy by spotting tasks that need doing like checking merchandise, ordering stock, and restocking the store shelves. There's never a dull moment at Z.

As a trusted night shift CSR, if there’s a problem, you'll try and fix it as fast as you can. You'll be great at turning around customer complaints, so customers leave the Z station happy and wanting to come back. You'll be a team player, working in a team of two during your shift.
