Operations Manager as part of a leadership team

Experience in leadership and development of people.

This is a mobile role covering ten Z stations in the Eastern and Western Bay Of Plenty. 

The role will fit with the skills and passions the successful applicant has. These will include a range of but not limited to:

• Leadership and development of people
• Sales and leading a sales, food & coffee culture
• Leading Health, safety and well-being, including food safety
• Recruitment, induction and training
• General Site Operations including stock management
• Flexible working hours including stepping in to assist the front line team
